Jeffrey Pease

Jeff has been a Wisconsin Association of Child and Youth Care Professional (WACYCP) board member since 2005. He has served as an “at large” member and Chairman of the Training and Development Committee. Jeff has dedicated his professional career to working with youth and advancing the field of youth work. He has worked for Lad Lake for 25 years as a Youth Care Worker, Teacher’s Aid, Unit Supervisor, Coordinator of Residential Life, and his current position as Director of Residential Services. He currently oversees the 24 hour care programming on the Dousman and St. Rose Campuses of Lad Lake, including two residential programs, two group homes, a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), and a Crisis Stabilization Program. Some of Jeff’s attributes include: leadership development, organizational leadership, human capital management, program design and development, relationship building, regulatory compliance, and training. Jeff is passionate about serving youth, and the adults that assist them, in growing, reaching their potential, and becoming positive and productive members of our community.
