Blossoming into a More Effective Supervisor and Leader
Frank Delano, LMSW

Quality supervisors are crucial to the success of any program and the ability to provide quality services to the children and families we work with. This very interactive workshop will present strategies for participants to continue their growth and effectiveness in their role. Topics will include defining supervision, strategies with challenging employees, building a positive culture and enhancing leadership skills. The training will be delivered in the presenter's unique coaching style of training. (see www.frankdelanotraining for a description). Participants are encouraged to bring real issues from their practice for discussion.
