Crystal A. McClain, Ms. McClain has recently become a Wisconsin Association of Child and Youth Care Professionals (WACYCP) board member since 2015.
Ms. McClain is a native of inner-city Milwaukee, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Ms. McClain has a degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition, to being a certified Advance Practicing Social Worker in the state of Wisconsin. Ms. McClain has an intensive amount of experience working with children and families, and specifically working with children & families in the inner city Milwaukee area. For the last 15 years Ms. McClain has worked in several different capacities within youth work; however her experience and expertise is primarily in program development for behaviorally challenged youth and or youth aging out of out of home care.
In 2010, Ms. McClain founded Revive Youth & Family Services, LLC., and what began as one group home for at-risk teenage boys has developed into a community-based organization consisting of four group homes, mentoring services, and community outreach programs that assist youth who are in need of life skill development. In 2016 Revive Youth & Family Services became an agency member of the Wisconsin Association of Family & Children's Agencies (WAFCA). Also, in 2016 Ms. McClain founded Revive Youth INC., a 501 c3 organization geared towards providing community outreach services for at risk children living within Milwaukee County. Currently, Ms. McClain serves as the Excutive director of Revive Youth & Family Services overseeing 4 residential group home programs, along with managing community services for Revive Youth Milwaukee a not for profit organization.
